From an early age, Christie Hollins, Owner, Operator and Lead Cake Designer, enjoyed baking and decorating cakes. Even though she did not have the best tools, she used what was available to her, including her mom's baking pans and Ziploc bags for piping designs with store-bought frosting.  In addition to cake design, Christie enjoyed dipping treats in chocolate and providing desserts at family functions.

As years passed, Christie, a native of South Louisiana, put aside her interest in baking for a career as a special education professional.  It was not until a presentation at her church about following your passion that she realized her interest in baking and cake decorating still l lies within her.

Today, in addition to advocating for children with disabilities, Christie uses her love of  baking and cake decorating to help make celebrations come alive.
